Design change for Mercedes 500S - anyone know when?

    All: I'm looking to buy a mercedes 500S. I noticed the designed changed in 2000. Anyone have an idea when it might change again? I'd hate to spend 80k+ and then have a new design come out in 2005. Any advise?

    I think it is sometime pretty soon, perhaps as soon as the 2005 model year? But I am certainly no expert. In case you haven't already tried it, try mbworld.org for the latest speculation...
