Have you tried Ricambi and Ferrparts? There's an ebay seller "gentrylane" who advertises door seals as well.

From the part numbers seems like you are looking for the same part for the left and the right sides. Correct me if I am wrong. I think I have them both. They are the angular rubber mouldings that mount on the aluminium piece that is used to keep the window up and down motion alligned. Steve United States
They are different parts, on the same side... One is as you have described, the other has to do with the soft canvas top (it's how my shop guys explained it to me)... Inbox me your e-mail, I can send you pics maybe, although these are part numbers off the catalogue...
