Detailers in St. Louis to fix F#$%-up

The detail shop that I go to did quite a number on my black baby. They used a rotary buffer to get out some swirls, but in the process created the nastiest cobweb effect. In the sun, it looks terrible. You can see all the buffer marks. If they had done nothing but wax it, it would've be much better. I went back to see if they could buff it out, and it ended up looking just as bad.

I'm willing to pay good money for anyone that can fix this.
