    Anyone know a good product/technique for cleaning *inside* exhaust tips? I have a 1999 360 and with Tubi and would like to periodically remove at least some of the brown residue visible from the rear. I'm not sure if this is really practical, but wanted to hear of any others' experiences either way. A friend recommended a product called "Flitz", but I'd like to hear if anyone has tried it or has any other suggestions.

    If you have a Harley-Davidson dealer around you anywhere pick up a product called Bike-Brite. This will clean most of the staining off of the interior of the pipe tips. Lightly soak a rag with the Bike-Brite and wipe the interior of the pipes when cool. Reapply product and let sit for about 5 mins. and rinse or wet sponge off completely. Use a good chrome or stainless polish as a follow-up for the best finish. Once you have it all off, wiping it down with the Bike-Brite once in a while is all you will need to do.

    Take the car to a race track with a nice long straight. Run it a redline for as long as possible.
