    I think this is done pretty much by consensus. If you would let us know the location with a brief description, that could start the process of gauging interest from the participants.

    Judging from recent posts, we already have a "tentative" location in the Valley, but it is still too early for this to be set in stone. If you are serious about hosting this gathering, I suggest that you move quickly in letting us know of the location.

    There is a final meeting next week for a new and really great location. It's convenient and the management company wants us there. This new location would start the Sunday after the December 6th Motor4toys event. Hopefully this can be announced at the end of next week. The only reason the place is not being disclosed is so that the contracts can be signed. :)
