I just bought a 2001 360, drove it off the lot, the check engien comes on. Gives codes PO432 = something to do with the cat converter... Is there anything you can connect to it to shut it up forever?

I ordered a O2 Simulator, Universal, Dual output for my M5, just installed SuperSprint Headers and EVO High Flow CATS. I hope to get it this Friday and install it over the weekend. It just might be the ticket!!!

While I agree that the sensitivity of the OBDII system is annoying, you didn't mention if the car's exhaust system has been modified in any non-stock way. If the cats and exhaust are stock, then I would recommend you have the system checked by a dealer since it really shouldn't throw a code. I think cats are still required to be warranteed for 8yrs (should double-check this) so it may be worth fixing. My 360 hasn't thrown an emmissions code since I had an exhaust leak fixed quite a long time ago ... and I have both a tubi and high flow cats. Just a suggestion.

Just kill the power to the car with the dial in trunk and wait 10 minutes, Power up again and codes will clear and check engine will go off.
