Nothing yet on the KXAS website, please remember how the media also confuses Ferraris with other various sports cars. (NSX, Lambos, kit cars, etc..)

I live about 300 yards from the spot definately a tree taken out by the Post Uptown Apartments weird my car is also tucked away and ok

I hope everyone ends up okay with a quick recovery. Very bad wreck.

 

www.nbc5i.com has a link in Dallas local - both driver & passenger said to have been taken to local hospitals.

My bad, put a thread on general Ferrari before I noticed this one.

The pictures could have been a spacecraft from Roswell, it was so destroyed.

 

I got a call from a friend as well wanted to make sure it was not me...Mine was tucked away in the garage...

Ugly. Looks like the car disintegrated.

 

The car is completely unrecognizable, at least the driver & passenger survived.

That looks pretty bad to me.....

 

It must have been bad, but it always looks worse after they cut the car apart to remove the driver or passenger.

 

Next generation needs to be carbonfiber.
Come on Ferrari; lead the way.

 

I passed there at lunch time there was a group doing what looked like an accident investigation

 

Did we make an ID on these occupants??

We could send a Get Well Soon card.......to them, not the car!

 

I'm not sure I want to be removing sheared pieces of carbon from my body... or someone else's. It isn't to say that will happen, but the chances on the road are quite different than the race track. I'll stick to aluminum, steel and plastics.

 

I have been told that it is one of my customers on the Bentley side. If that is the case, then it was a Red 2006 F430 Spyder. It was a car that he would drive back and forth from San Antonio, so it had some miles on it.

I am trying to get confirmation right now as to the identity and status of the occupants, and will keep you all posted as to their well being after I find out.

It's not that we want to invade anyones privacy..... maybe better not to name them here, but we DO tend to watch out for each other, from the site........
