I am interested in getting someone identified to quote doing the following services for my 328: overall detail, paint correction and ceramic coating. I don't know that I will do all three (3) but want to start with understanding the full package and then determine who, what & when. Thank you in advance.

Ceramic coating is a wast of money for your 328, just keep a good wax on it, and have a clay bar treatment when necessary.

    Thank you

Thank you for the insight. Do you have a preferred wax for this period of vehicle to offer?

Any wax that you can find at any auto parts store . I have a pro detailer that does all my cars, trucks and bikes, and his " pro wax " does not make any difference than if I did it myself with turtle wax. Im just to lazy to do it, and would rather pay someone else so I can spend more time driving and or riding, plus I cant stand manual labor as it is . lol !

    Thank you ,

Totally agree with Gino. I have used just about every 'famous' brand of wax/polish that you would commonly see at the parts store, including some that you won't - Zaino, for example. Despite the extravagant marketing claims, I have seen no practical difference in any of them, regardless of price.

However, as Gino indicated, the one thing a detailer can do better than many of us is: He will actually DO the work!;)

Why do you say that ceramic coating is a waste for a 328?

Esoteric is fantastic. They are located in New Albany Ohio. They have done 8-9 of my cars and are second to none.
Take a look at there web site and give Todd a call.

Well. I guess I should have said, I have never done this with my 328 in the 23 years Ive owned it, and the paint on my 328 is fine. My guy suggested I get my Q50 ceramic coated, I did, and still cant tell the difference. My Q50 is black, and the soot and **** in the air still sticks to the car like glue and I have to get it washed everyday .

    Thank you

I bought a new, black 911 some years back and learned a personal lesson; I would NEVER buy another black car. I can vividly recall spending several hours on it in my Zaino days, standing back to admire it and literally watching it get dirty as I stood there!
