    Curious if anyone has suggestions. Needs to have decent parking and seating for 30 people

    Its not exactly in spring but off of cypress wood(i think) and 249 is a perrys steak house. If you make res. you might be able to get 30 people in there.

    I called a buddy of mine that lived out there (more like grew up) & recommended the J & J Cafe. He said the place is in a new building complete with patio, laid back atmosphere, & should be able to accommodate 30+ cars. As for the address & contact info I have no clue. I tried Googling it & came up with nothing. I'll try to get more info on the place if I can.
