It's always parked in a caged in lot near Lamborghini Dallas. All of its friends are Jaguars, so what is this? It's left hand drive which is weird for a possibly British car.

I agree. I've never seen the fins on the rear of it, so that was a surprised when I googled the name.

That car's been parked there at least several months. It's curious how none of those Jaguars there seem to be driven. There's quite a large collection of them by that huge dip on Crown.

Where exactly is this? Are the Jags and Daimler for sale or is it a storage lot or something?

Take Royal Ln west, turn right at Newkirk, turn right where Newkirk dead ends (which will be Crown), and on your left will be some garages that work on cars, followed by the Jag place, followed by Lambo Dallas, and then 35. There is an INCREDIBLE dip in the road between the chop shops and Lambo Dallas, so if you're in a low car, be careful. The garages there look kind of like chop shops or something, they always have real interesting cars there. The Daimler is surrounded by a dozen or so '80s and '90s Jaguar convertibles, but I've never been able to look long enough to figure out what the place is.

If you're interested in car spotting in that area, the Alfa Romeo GTV6 I posted about is just one block further west on Royal from Newkirk, and will be on your left before you reach Luna Rd. And as your passing Lambo Dallas on your left and going under 35, if you turn right at the stop sign, you'll pass a place that usually has an odd assortment of German cars (BMW and Porsche mostly) as well as a place that has two VW Buses.

I've never stopped at any of these places because the area is kind of seedy (especially the chop shop area, which would be really fun to stop at if I had the courage/stupidity).

Haha....I have the same feeling about that "seedy" area. I like driving by that area from time to time & looking at all of the old school european cars that Dallas residents tend to retire early b/c they don't want to pay for repair costs. Its a shame most of these cars still look better than a lot of the crapboxes, such as Kia & Hyundai, that people have infested the roads with.
