Considering, the damage doesn’t look too terrible although pics aren’t exactly a thorough examination. How is that passenger rear wheel on the ground not flattened???

A most unusual ramp failure mode.

If you look closely at the back of the truck on the ground you will see the hydraulic fluid for the passenger side lifting ram......a lot of it. That isn't a seal.....it looks like a line went lose. Only one choice.....bleed the driver's side ram down slowly so that the damage is limited. They made need a couple of forklifts to get the ramp down given the angle. Ugly.

  4. Photoshop? Look at there lines on the deck, left side on ramp, in the second photo. They go up into the trees, attached to a pole & not the trailer.

That 'pole'/lifting ram is part of the trailer. The passenger side hydraulic hose(?) failed and dropped that side. ;)

Probably real, and there is a guy that posted on another forum that he bought a silver over red Diablo, and was waiting on the transport......coincidence? Probably not.

I am going to say photoshopped. Maybe someone can check but I think there are safeties in place with the ramp design, including with back-up so this doesn't happen

But if it's real, each of our worst nightmare right there

I think its became quite clear that its unfortunately real and the silver car Cats sold recently to a new owner waiting for the delivery which obviously failed at the end... Good thing, it looks like it can be fixed, but what is damaged underneath/chassis is impossible to estimate - a costly thing for the insurance in any case and especially frustrating for the new owner - will be interesting whether he will take a fixed car or step back from the buy.

Turn around and go back in the house. That is not what he/she bought. Trucker has to load it back in and return to seller until insurance pays up. Very sad. No winners here. And, if it is Cats, he deals with the shops to repair properly.

  11. That really sucks. I can't remember ever seeing a silver on red Diablo. Such a cool color choice, imo. The damage doesn't look all that bad though, it will be fixed, just with a story attached now. People wreck 250 GTO's & it doesn't seem to matter. Shippers insurance is who holds the bag on this one.
