Hi, I am looking at a mid nineties Diablo at the moment in Europe and the seller is keen to do a deal with my SL. However it has a replacement service book which starts quite late on the cars life. (the first stamp in 2003) Would this put you off buying the car? Thanks
It depends on what you intend to do with the car and your reason for buying it. Paper is helpful, but I can think of a lot of reasons to not be worried if your intention is to drive and enjoy.
What do you know about the history of the car? Maybe there is the chance to find out the 1st or 2nd owner of the car etc.
Thanks for the replies. I am trying to trace the supplying dealer at the moment and see if I can work backwards. I think history is important and although I intend keeping the car for a while, I am pretty fickle about things being right. Lemacc I dropped you an email to your hello@ address.
