    I'm wondering if anyone on this forum knows how to successfully install a windshield in a Diablo Roadster. One of the local glass shops in my city took a shot at mine and failed miserably. The trim around the glass fit very poorly so I had them remove the trim only. I'm wondering if the trim should have been fitted and installed onto the glass first and then the two installed into the car as an assembled unit. If anyone knows the proper procedure for changing out the glass please pass it along.

    Did you use new trim or try to reuse the old?

    My guess is, yes the trim should have been put on first. Several that I have done had to be done that way.
