I have had toooo much experience with that one. It claims to be able to have a Ferrari 550 mode. After many updates of software, I can currently confirm, it DOES NOT WORK on my 550 with it in Ferrari mode. It does work in standard OBD mode though. Maybe some of it's other Ferrari software is OK, I don't know.

I bought it based on their claims. DOES NOT WORK. Aftersales support is non existent with email replies in Chinese English

I ended up buying an a 2nd hand Autel unit which does have some functionality. Can access engine ecu, airbag ecu, gearbox ecu and a few other things that escape me at the moment. Can read codes and switch warning lights off. I needed to do this for my 575, airbag light went off when I was putting dash back together after sorting sticky switches

The Fowell 510 does not work as claimed. I was unable to reset airbag light. No after sales support a useless product. It will go in the bin along with my Harry Potter magic wand which also claimed to have the same powers as the Fowell 510.

The Texa is a very good diagnostic scanner. It’s a step below the Leonardo, but unless you are a large independent with a lot of supercar work, you wouldn’t need it. The Texa. Or only does all the Supercars, it also does the standard vehicles, and has the ability to do trucks, bikes and boats. I use it almost daily. It’s a gem.

Auto Enginuity and Texa are roughly equivalent and the AE system is what I bought for my techs. They have been very happy with the system. Cost was about $3500.

Clyde- Can it actually do anything like resetting lamps, changing PIS, or running self tests on the F1 system or ABS?
