Diagnostic Tool

I am looking for a new diagnostic tool for the Ferraris I own. I have them starting at the 360 up to a 458 spider. I don't want to spend $18k on a Leonardo as I seldom use it (knock on wood). I'm getting a few misfire faults on the 360 so it is time to get one better than a generic unit that i use for the other cars. Can someone give me a reasonably priced diagnostic tool that handles at least from the 360 to the 458 for more than basic code scanning?
