Differences between f129b and f129c engines

Jim - do we know how many were produced and why the change to B?

 

F129A? I'm not sure it exists. At least I've not been able to find any photos or reference of it other than being mentioned here.

From what I have found F355 production started with F129B

 

That's what I'm thinking. I wish I noted the markings of the car I sold as it was the 15th to come to NA.

 

I read it in my Ferrari mechanics office waiting for him one day. It was a 1.75" thick binder with hundreds of pages.
I have not seen it on-line.

 

A little birdie got one to me

 

I could have sworn the one I dismantled in 16 was had a 129A. Powered up my old phone looking for pictures. Now I think it might have been a B. Wish I could find the pictures for certain my memory is shot since I’ve been living on pain killers for the last 3 years. 3 back surgeries hasn’t solved that problem.

 

Just went and looked at my sale posts from 2016. It was a 129B. But that is when I was researching the differences all the same. It seems the stuff I read then has disappeared from the interwebs now.
