    Was at a stop sign in my Range Rover and got rear ended by a DC city employee driving a city maintenance van at at least 40mph when I wasn’t moving. He was probably texting and driving. Repair estimate is about $25k and insurance is handling it, but I’m concerned about diminished value and my insurance offered zero help in that respect. Anyone know a good diminished value attorney in DC who I can retain to go after the city?
