Diminished value on cars Re: Chris Zora

Is anybody here familiar with an appraiser named Chris M. Zora. He lists FOC as one of his affiliations. I am only curious because his fee seems like a lot of money to pay in order to net a few thousand from my insurance company. My Ins company is claiming that the mileage (62k) does more to hurt the value of the car than the $9k in body damage done to the car last fall. I do not want to screw the insurance company, but I feel that they are not reflective of the real world. Thanks
