I have several "dings" on my 348 roof top (behind the targa top). They are driving me crazy. How easy/difficult is the headliner to remove for an attempt at paintless dent repair? Is a re-spray of this area out of the question? (The dings aren't terribly noticeable - just annoying). Anyone else dealt with this?

If I remember correctly you are in the Amarillo area. If you don't mind a trip to Lubbock, the man that pretty much one of the pioneers of paintless dent repair is here in Lubbock. His company is called A&S Dent. He has specialty cars from all over the U.S. sent in for his services. He is not cheap, but he is good.

Bondo is an honorable Ferrari tradition. Along with VIN swapping!

    Grind 'em, baby!

A tree branch fell across my 308GTB and put SIX dents in the roof at one time. Sigh.

Throw away the Thule roof rack......

A buddy from DC bought a early 308 GTB with four dimples in the hood - prior owner/goofball had a roofrack with bicycles/skis up there. BTW, the sheet steel used to build these cars isn't strong enough for this, so please don't try this at home!
