    I see that there has been an advert in the FML for some time for a 2.4 Dino fiat as a source of an engine. Putting aside whether this is a good thing to do (a real shame and u can get heads and blocks from rut lands if you really blow your engine up) do the motors really interchange? What mods do you a have to make to fit the 246gt sump/gear box to a fiat din engine ? Regards snowy

    yes, the motors interchange, they are the same motor.

    Of course the FIAT Dino has a different oil pan and bell housing, etc. since its motor is in the front with a traditional gearbox attached but its the same block, heads, carbs, ignition, etc. Headers are of course different.

    Many a FIAT Dino has been sacrificed for a Ferrari Dino.
