Dear Ken, After making some inquiries, I came up empty. I found no official data, unofficial data or even a number from a less than reputable source. Nothing! I must say I'm a bit stumped. I assume you're trying to register the car in Portugal, is that correct? If you go to an Inspection Centre, and even if the car fails the inspection (our MOT), they will give you a CO2 number. If it's in compliance with an official number (if at the time the Dino was produced, there was such a number) or not, that's another matter but at least it's a start. If I may, I recommend you query the brand's official dealer in Lisbon and/or the Classiche department in Maranello, should the brand in Lisbon be unable to provide any meaningful assistance. In terms of registering the car and presenting it to the portuguese authorities in order for them to issue portuguese plates, I'd recommend contacting the Portuguese Customs Agency and/or the company that assisted me, when I bought a car from another EU country: Importmycar.com - Serviços de Importação Transporte e Legalização de Carros e Motos (website also available in English, by clicking on the top right corner). On the 15/08/2016 you placed a post with the exact same question and I answered you the following: "Some photos of Dinos 246 with Portuguese plate number I quickly picked 4 on a quick search. In Portugal there are a very reasonable number of classic car collectors some of them with large numbers of cars, and someone who knows this reality estimates there are in Portugal at least 10 Dinos 246 but the number could be slightly higher." I posted at the time several fotos of different Dinos 246 with portuguese plate number.
i Own a 2010- 599 - HGTE and i saw that Loulé Dino LAST Year in August My Mechanic Helder Lourenço from Auto Lourenço in Loulé knows who owns it .... Helder takes good care of Ferraris Maseratis and Rolls ... Thanks a lot...
