    No. In more than 20 years of owning and studying the Dino, I have never seen one with these side strips. IMO I think they look terrible, and should be removed. The strips are covering a suble crease along the body that Pininfarina included in the design, which I believe adds to the overall aesthetic appeal of the car. We're not dealing with a Taurus here!

    i have seen them on a couple of cars that have come up for sael. i have also seen them on 308's, where there is a grove that they insert into. i believe these are added sometime long after the cars were made.

    Agree that these look horrible and are a travesty. Whoever paid $160K must have a magic way of removing these w/o hurting the paint- hard to believe he'd leave them on.
