Has anyone seen the 246 GTS. Listyed on www.ferraribuy.com

I read the recent experience of davehanda and he seems pleased, with his 355 spyder. They want top $$, so was curious if anyone drove or knows this car. Additionally, any info on negotiating their prices.

Than you in advance for any info you can share.

I saw this car when I went to Ferrari of Seattle to buy a shirt. I walked around it a few times. It's just beautiful. I would rather have the Dino than any of the new cars on the showroom floor, but that's just me. Sorry I can't give you any "particulars" on the car, or any information on how negotiable they might be.

I have seen that car in the showroom. Beautiful car and looks to be well maintained. I am not sure about this, but it may be Bob and Nancy's (FCA-NW member) car. If it is, I know they took great care of the car while it was in his stable.

    Yeah, but $95K?

that's pretty big money for these.

It doesn't have anything special about it does it. PAint's not original, interior isn't either. Does it ahve show wins, or something going for it?

Just seems to me that at $95,000 it should really be a special car, not just cosmetically.

Finally got to their web site and noticed it's a C&F car. No interest in a Flares car. Thanks for all the input.

People who know these wonderful little gems, just can't live without one. The lightness and nimbleness combined with that bullet-proof V-6 that will rev to 8,000 rpm in a heart-beat. The sound of a Tubi equiped Dino is worth the price of admission, some say the best sounding Ferrari ever!
Absolutely, drop dead gorgeous styling from every angle in a complete package. This car is recognized by young and old alike. you will get more thumbs-up in a Dino than in any car you drive.
Pure delight is awaiting you every time you take her out. When you are out for a drive, you will find the perfect exaust note at 3,000 rpm, you find yourself shifting to always hear that wonderful tone.
It is interesting to note that the V-6 cars join the rarified air of the 12 cylinder cars in increases in value and desireability, more so than V-8 cars. Latest values for good examples of 246's is around $80,000 with exceptional examples worthy of $100,000. You'd better jump fast, because their going to continue rising. You will never regret purchasing a well sorted Dino, however the price for restoring one is rising along with the values. A gasket set goes for $800-$900. Well you know the rest! Pick a good one.
