Yes, let us know how it works out and
if it fits both 3 blade and 4 blade fans.

Years ago there was a mix-up in my parts order from GT Car Parts where they swapped a 3 blade fan for a 4 blade fan, so I believe both were applicable for Dinos, but over different time ranges across the Dino production range.

I don't believe the Dino 246 ever came from the factory with four blades though I could be wrong (there's always a first time!). I think most came with the alloy blade and the later ones came with the plastic one that looks like the alloy blade but they were always the 3 bladed variety.

Got the fan motor in today and it looks good. Shaft is the same, front alloy end bell looks the same. The main body is made differently (probably better) and the rear end bell is a separate piece. The original body was a one piece stamped unit. Bi-directional depending how you attach the leads. Paint it the hammered finish dark silver grey and I think you'll be a happy camper.

I got this motor for a back up as I have NOS motors for my cars but I would have no qualms whatsoever about using the new motor. The original syle frame is available too from the same source though I didn't get one of those.
The motors are not concours correct but close enough I doubt any judge would catch it.
