    I don't know anything about the car personally, but I do know that the ad you viewed is certainly not the first time it has been listed on Craigslist.

    I spoke to the owner thru a contact with a helpful "F-chatter" about the car. I was then contacted by the sales agent who was appointed to sell the car. I believe that they were circling around an asking price of 50 grand which made zero sense to me. However, I have seen other dissasembled coupes trade at that price to our more well heeled European counterparts. I think it will be tough to find one of these at realistic prices as long as the dollar stays weak. According to Warren Buffet that may be for quite a while. Good luck.
