    Hey,
I'm restoring a 1975 Dino GT4. I bought the Classic Air A/C upgrade kit based on one of the threads here. The trouble is that the replacement evap blower, the one that blows air into the interior, is a much different style than the one on my car. The stock one looks like a snail and is just like the two blowers in the front corners of the car. The replacement is more like a tube with cages spinning inside tube.

Worst case is I have to just reuse original fan. But if there's a better option, I'd sure appreciate any tips.

    Thanks!

The two snail like ones located at the front of each front wheel arch are for the non a/c cabin ventilation pushing air through the two outer dashboard vents. The one you have sounds correct for the a/c blower which is located in the centre of the front trunk bulkhead and pushes air through the centre dash vent, the two vents by your knee and the footwell vents

I cleaned and reused the original fan but with a new motor.

Thanks you Steve. Yeah, that's it. Mine is
    SN 09082.

Ahh drat. I hoped there was some sort of an adaptor for the more modern, presumably more powerful fan.
