Dino on Ebay - strange rotor wear?

    On the Dino's photo, 4th from the end, is an image of the suspension and caliper with the caliper surface showing some serious streaks rather than a nice semi-reflective surface.

    Does anyone know how this could occur on a rebuilt car?

    Hmm. Curious marks on the rotor.

    Also, the last time the seller sold anything on eBay was apparently in July 2004, and now he is selling something for $100,000+?

    I just hope this isn't a set up. I hope I am (and probably will be) wrong....

    Maybe there was a fault with the friction material on the pad and the metal backing plate scraped the disc?
