    Episode was from 2008, which helps to explain that "a `clean' Dino would go for as much as 40,000 pounds".

    40,000 pounds in 2008 would have been a bargain !! I've always been perplexed as to how they get their cost estimates on that show

    I guess the real idea is how they define "clean". The collector car market peaked in 2008, even as it crashed, 40k pounds wouldn't buy anything more than a driver at best.
