YIKES!! Good on someone for trying to preserve it... but I can't imagine trying to do a restoration on this mess for less than the price of a driver version.
My dad has got a great set of tools man! This one is hard to look at but it can be fixed at great time and expense... Did the previous owner survive? That is beat..
Our English friend here on F-chat completely redid the body on his 246... It can be done. Where is that thread?

that's assuming it didn't sit outside where water could run down the carbs into the cylinders. May just be scrap metal value.
The value of the car is in it's ID and parts. It would be economic for someone to rebuild if they do the work themselves. Tubing for the chassis is not so expensive and a new body from Eurospares is £9000/$14,700. Water in the cylinders doesn't scrap a Dino engine. Just fit new liners & pistons.
