Dino rip off, need advice

It had a loud knock in it when it first started off the delivery truck.!!

 

It all went through my friend, a dealer and another dealer, both reputable long time businesses. I should have got a PPI. Hind sight is 20/20

Thank you for the information, the assembly with the three levers are pulled out. This is the first time I've heard about any trucking damage.

Who is that person? I've owned vintage cars for years and years I know what to expect.

 

Of course I did not buy his car as a race car. My Lola was a race car. This has the motor in the middle, it's very low and the power to weight ratio is very good. I drive very spiritedly, so for a street car, it is very controllable.

 

I hve not been on this sight for days. I'll view it more often.

 

Tach repair also needed a MSD ignition system

 

I've been after him since November. MANY texts, phone calls and letters. He refunded me a small check!! I guess that says it all

 

Don't worry I'm suing the guy for misrepresenting a very expensive car.

 

I have a law suit pending. I have plenty of pictures.

Thank you for the text, but filling in the holes etc. is okay for a car that cost 60K less. I just want what I paid for and the way the car that was represented to me, that's only fair.

Thank you and it seems we have the same car. It's a hoot to drive and probably my G.O.A.T. I should have got a PPI and I should not trust people even if they have a steller reputation.
