I've been in contact with the seller since day one when I bought the car. I've texted him, called him, written him. He even sent me a small 'good will check' because he knows he ripped me off
I bought it to drive, I just want what is fair. It was grossly misrepresented to me. I thought the people I knew were honest
I'd like to post pictures so everybody can see how this neglected example is so shabby. Probably in a week or so
I've owned many vintage sports cars over the years, Porsches, Jaguars, Alfas, Ferraris....so i've been around the block a few times. Zooooom
Thank you for your text. Regarding old Ferraris, I don't need a paddle shifter except when I'm racing Leclerc or Verstappen, a car with out a CLUTCH PEDAL is no fun. Until you'ved doubled clutched down shift into a corner.....a little heel and toe a trail brake.
He sent me a small check because he must feel a little guilty ripping me off for so much. In a year or two I will get it repainted back to its original blue. I wanted a blue one anyway, but a real good paint job is pretty expensive
I wish you luck but I have never seen a buyer win one of these cases where words used are subjective to describe the condition, usually the attorneys just take your money knowing the judge will side with the seller because you did not do better diligence, best to you and congrats on the car, people here will no doubt guide you in the right direction to get it up to your standard.
Well, if you know what you are getting into, don't complain. You brought this upon yourself. It's not Amazon where you can just send it back and get a refund.
Just think of it as tuition to the school of life. Get the car sorted, and enjoy the hell out of it! Cheers
