I get a lot of smoke coming out the right side of the exhaust, the color is more white than blue. This only happens when I really push the engine, it continue to come when I stop for the light, and then it would clear up after 30 seconds.

    Any explaination?

White smoke is usually water, you may have a leaking head gasket on one side or crack somwhere, if your radiator water level goes down after it does this it would be a sign

Same advice we all been posting for some time. Get the car checked, by someone who knows what they are doing.

I know you had a tune up, or check up, but, there are still quite a few things wrong with the car.

Ferrarifixer is right. Get her checked, completely, before you have a fire, or a catastrophic failure that leaves you with a $20,000 repair bill that could have been avoided.

I had a check up at the Ferrari dealer already, they said the smoke is normal for a 30 yrs old car.
I took the car to another Ferrari specialist for the tune up, they thought the smoke might clear up if I use it more. The engine felt stronger after the tune up but he didn't use any equipment to tune it. I learnt here there are special equipment(timing light, color somthing...) for tunning a carburetor engine but noone has it in Hong Kong.
People here know more than the mechanic in Hong Kong. The tachometer resistor is a good example.

I just checked the water level, seems fine, not oilly.

Sorry the smoke is not white, it is grey. there might be a little tint of blue in it but I am not sure. Is it very obvious if it is blue?

I could be off base here as my experience is mostly with GM and Ford engines, but, older engines with higher miles develop valve stem clearance problems. Meaning , the side clearance between the valve stem and the guide becomes excessive and the valve stem seals harden up and in some cases actually break apart. The extra clearance allows oil to be sucked into the cylinder during the down-side of the compression stroke. This would account for some of the blue smoke. Cylinder and ring wear would also contribute.
It is common for one side to smoke more than the other as engine wear is not uniform due to metal composition.
This is just my opinion with the expierience I have and is in no way to be taken as the problem with your car. It's just one possiblity.
    Good luck.

There is a answer to your question on a different ferrari site and for some reason (competition?) the link cannot be resolved when I post the message. PM me with your e-mail address and I will send you the link, I am pretty sure it will fix your problem.

Valve Stem seals. Valve guides are the material thru which the valve stem moves.
