Are Dino steering wheels the same as Nardi and Personal in terms of fitments?

Like Stacy said in one word only no.
But the Momo Prototipo make a nice substitute. It is a little fatter (good grip) and about 1" smaller in diameter, which makes the car easier to get in. On the otherhand parking with fat tires requires some effort on the wheel.

The bolt pattern looks the same. Will it bolt on to the hub just like the standard Nardi?

A Nardi bolt pattern and a Momo pattern are different. So a Nardi wheel will not bolt on a Momo hub.
You can however use the same hub. Just rotate slightly and drill & tap new holes.

Momo is fine but what about the Dino steering wheels? They have the same bolt pattern.

When you say "Dino steering wheels" what are you talking about? The factory wheel was made by Momo. If you're talking about the aftermarket steering wheels offered on Ebay that have the yellow dino on the bottom spoke; those are not factory steering wheels for a Ferrari Dino. Those are some aftermarket crap.
