No expert by a long way but a tough question and depends on who you ask....... oxford english dictionary:- An exhibition or parade of vintage or classic motor vehicles in which prizes are awarded for those in the best or most original condition. so, must be in the best (repainted) condition or most original (scruffy) condition..............I'm still confused.

Yes, but patience and effort seems to have won out in the end. Paul has now found what appears to be a full, original set at a good price. I won't say how much without his permission, but it was certainly worth the wait.
