Yeah...I know what your saying but I heard the Dino purist removes any Ferrari badging and insist it's a Dino not a Ferrari. I'm a Dino fan but agree that it's silly to compare these two iconic cars.
I would never argue the merits or collectablity of the Dino. I only comment on the idiocy of the comparison on so many levels. Not even worth arguing. Moronic article theme. What might be more appropriate is a comparison of the Dino and the 308 GT4. Both cars have been seriously dissed by the tifosi. The Dino was considered a poser's Ferrari and not even Enzo wanted association with it as demostratted by the lack of badging. Then, surprise, it has been a serious collectable despite that. Perhaps there's another unloved model which may eventually follow this path. Dare I hope for our beloved 348's???
