    Dear Northeastern Ferrari owners:

    I am writing this letter to introduce myself as the new Director of Service and Parts for Wide World Ferrari Maserati in Spring Valley, NY. I am personally commitment to provide a best in class experience which compliments your world class automobile.

    With almost 30 years of automotive expertise including both retail and luxury vehicle manufacturing executive assignments, I am confident that under my leadership, you will see a positive change in the level of services we provide.

    This Saturday is our final “Coffee and Cars” for 2013 hosted at our state of the art facility in Spring Valley, NY. While the leaves are in full autumn change, it may be the last weekend to drive up the Palisades and enjoy the scenic tour up the Hudson Valley. I would encourage you to do so and I like to personally invite you to come by and share your experiences with me while enjoying this regular gathering of fine automobiles. We start at 9am and end at noon. The new Ghibli is here to drive and so are some great pre-owned machines. We hope you can make it.
