Disable video autoplay in IE10?

    It looks like some websites are able to bypass the features within Internet Explorer. Has anyone been able to "fix" this problem? I've managed add-ons to disable Flash and unchecked "allow animations in webpages". I've added to the video source url as a restricted site as well. All to no avail.

    However, in Chrome, a flash player plug-in blocks the video.

    Yes, I know that I can avert this trouble by not using IE but I need to provide a solution for corporate environments.

    I believe this is the code that supports autoplay (bastards!)
