After reading some previous posts on this topic it kind of didn't make sense to disconnect some electrical connections to the sensor to get the desired result. I called my trusty head of service at Fof CF (Randy )and he told me that the easiest thing to do is to just pull the two vacuum line tubes out of the valve and cap them off. I put a 7mm screw in each line and now my CS sounds like a monster. I'm loving it! It took all of about two minutes. So if anyone with a CS ,360, 355, 550 or any other ferrari with this valve setup wants to improve the low rpm growl of their car, this is the easiest thing in the world. He swore it has doesnot have any ill effect on either the performance of the car or the integrity of the exhaust system.

Did you also cap off the valve?

Did you notice any low end torque reduction?
