Why F1's weird nosecones won't be back in 2015 Interesting....almost as interesting as figuring out where this is shot given the background cars...I presume Joe Macari Performance cars, but what are the cars behind.
The more the FIA tweak the rules, the more they drive the Gordon Murrays and Adrian Neweys out of the sport. There is no longer any room for design breakthroughs, which is why teams spend more time bickering over the rules than pursuing innovative designs. Lawyerly arguments that resulted in the new revelation about PU updates has more impact on the coming season than any new design coming off Newey's drawing board.
The 2013 cars just looked beastly with higher nose. These low noses just look horrible. I think these changes may be a bit better, but probably not much.
