    Any recommendations? I'll be collecting and storing/displaying mostly 1:18 models some slightly smaller and or larger. I'd like something glass and with lighting.

    Ive used ACI Display cases for the last 15 years. I've taken them to the Barrett-Jackson Auction Tent and used them in my store as well as home.

    I love them, but they are pricey.

    I've bought and used over 20 of them w/o issue

    Nice cases but definetly expensive. Anything else? Maybe cheaper?

    Those are great! I have 2 myself. ! for cars, the other for sports autographs and stuff that can't be hung on the wall. Here are a few pics of the way mine look, along with the rest of my collection.

    just to answer your original post... u can see in the pictures of the cases, the grey light on the top. it shines down through the case and lights it up cause its all glass... awesome effect! they have to be bought seperately, but are only an extra 20 bucks. worth it. at night, the room looks like a museum! lol. i love it.
