    Hello All. im in need of a pick-up for a 512BB distributor, Mine only has one although many i have seen have two. Any helpers ?

    Hi Nick,

    Some of the BB distributors had one pick-up, others had two. You only need one for the car to run, as the second one, if so equipped, was not used. T. Rutlands had new reproduction pick-ups for $895 each. If you're interested, I have a completed used 365bb distributor with two good used pick-ups for less money. As you may know, over time, the plastic/phenolic cases on these pick-ups crack. The best that I can tell, these cracks don't seem to affect the vehicle operation.
