Reminds me a bit of the Hammer-Hunt HH-1 Zipper, an aircraft built by my boss at the time, Bob Hammer, in his garage in Kirkland, WA. I got to see the airplane fly at the EAA Arlington Fly-In in August, 1979. Unfortunately, a month later, pilot Dick Hunt got into an unrecoverable spin while flight testing and crashed into Puget Sound, and that was the end of that.

Bob, by the way, is now head of Legend Flyers, the folks who are building new Me 262s at Paine Field in Everett.

This is not my photo, but if I can locate them, I can post a couple of my own photos later.
