this has been posted and you can perhaps find it in a search. I did this not too long ago (my car is a 348 but has a 355 nose)
you have to take the front wheels, inside forward fender liners off and pull back parts of the inside trunk carpet to get to the forward
fastening bolts. Then, after disconnecting / removing blinkers and front fog lights, you can unbolt the front bumper.

1/ Jack up the front of the car and remove the wheels.
2/Remove the two front corner sections of the under tray.Leave the main middle section but undo the 4 screws that hold it to the underside of the bumper.
3/ Remove the front inner wheel arch cover on each side. This will also expose the battery in the wheel well.
4/ You will then see that on each side there are a pair of 13mm nuts with a shared large rectangle washer. remove these nuts and washer.
5/ In side the boot compartment remove the two black metal strips that run down each side of the boot. These are held on by screws. Also remove the front section of the rubber boot seal. Pull back the carpet at each corner at the front of the boot and you will then be able to see, two 17mm nuts (2 at each side)
6/ Undo the 4 17mm nuts as mentioned above. And the bumper unit is ready to pull away.
7/ As you and a friend pulls the bumper away. Unclasp the electrical connectors at the rear of the bumper. And make sure you dont loose the spacers that are behind the bumper.
8/ When replacing the bumper make sure the spacers that are located between the bumper and the body are put on the right way round. This is so the tow hole does not get obscured by placing them on the wrong way round.:D Causing problems in times of need:(Ask me how i know;);)
