I like the look of the 355 wheels combined with 348 body. I saw someone on the site had them and they looked great. Where is the best place to buy them (used is cool) and is there anything I need to look out for. Also anybody in the Portland area have any recommendations for insurance. 43yo male with a perfect driving record. Thanks

    Hi Richard.
Welcome to the community. The 355 wheels will bolt straight on to your hubs, no problem. I agree with you, they are a much nicer look. I have them on my turbo car as well. I can recommend Hill spacers too, for a bit more aggressive look, and stance. You can usually find a used set on ebay.
Best of luck and post up a pic of the car when you can.

I think all ferraris have 5x108 with an 67,1mm center so only offset and size are different. So like 348turbo said it will fit and all other wheels also fit with that bolt pattern and center diameter.

Yep, Look great! I put them on my 348. Used Hill 15mm spacers on the rear and their bolts with recommended bolt length for the rear too. I paid $2500 for a used set. You can buy them from here new for $3000. http://www.ferraripartsexchange.com/

    YES Paul!!!!!!!!

Where did you find yours? Are you using spacer?

When I get around to putting different rims on my car the 512TR's are the one's I wanna go with. I like them ALOT, especially how wide they are in the rear.

So you guys are saying, you still need the spacers on a 348 even with the bigger 355 wheels so the wheels have the wider stance? I don't understand why the 18 inch does not fill up the wheel well over the factory 17 inch with out the spacers?

While I certainly don't want to steal Paul's thunder, we're working on bringing some sets here from England. Paul has a line on a few 512TR rims that'd I'd love to bring stateside for the Brothers.

It seems most people seem to use 25mm spacers on the rear for the stock 348 wheels. After putting the 355 wheels on my 348 it still needed alittle help filling out the rear wheel well. Thus the 15mm spacers.

I spoke with Paul this morning about the rims. I'm going to try putting a "Brotherhood" package together that includes the necessary rims, spacers, bolts and valves. The more pre-orders I can get, the easier it'll be to swallow the international freight on these bad boyz.

After hearing about Paul's track experience on these rims (and good rubber), I think it's time for me to try an upgrade too. I've asked him to weigh the rims and we'll get an idea of the rim+spacer weight compared to stock boat anchors (ummm. I mean stock 348 rims)

I gotta admit those 512TR rears do look nice. I am not sure what they will buy you on the track as they will be heavier and have more rolling resistance in a straightline. I run 275's on my 355 rims (major upgrade over the 348 ones) and have no problems what so ever with the backend doing anything stupid even when I do. :)

My biggest problem now is with my Brembo's I lock the front wheels up all the time so I have to play around trying to solve that when everything else goes back together.

Either way those are some damn nice rims....if only I didn't spend a milllion dollars (well not quite that much) on my transmission I would snap a set up for the street and to try out on the track.

I've always thought the stock 348 wheels look bulky, so I'd go with the 512 ones.
