    Depends on where they're located in NV.

    Urban NV emissions laws are similar to CA.

    But, if they're in the boonies of NV . . . no testing.

    You are telling the new owner it doesn't have cats, right?

    Then, he should know if he has to do an annual smog test or not. In Clark county, you do.

    Varies by county. Yes in Washoe County. No in Carson County.

    In Reno they just checked my 360 by hooking up the OBDII - if the OBDII does not register a code it should pass with no issue. No sniffing or inspection was done.

    Others have suggested backing out the rear O2 sensor with a washer to get the computer to read a slight differential in voltage and make it 'think' it is due to a functional cat. I have no first hand knowledge if this works.
