Thats simply it! My 1994 348 spider has 22K miles on it. 30K service done at 18Kmiles, 15 years ago. Just looking for advice on this so I can order up parts from Ricambi (or other?) TIA

After 15 years, yes you want to do a timing belt service for sure. Belt cracking and deformation would be the main potential issue.

There is a 550 being talked about right now in the 550 section that was disassembled 15 years ago. Engine was destroyed by a broken belt at 16,000 miles and 8 years old.

When Ferrari says 5 years it is good advice.

What you need are belts, and to be safe, tensioner bearings. You don't need a valve adjustment at 4k miles. Seals, water pump, spark plugs, other things, inspect and do what is needed or what you please.

Also check the outer fence of the belt driving sprocket. If its outer fence is loose or, perhaps, welded before, replace it. There is an improved version with stronger fences.

The outer fence on the sprocket on my 348 was very loose (I could spin it around) after just ~15 k miles:
