    Do people like motor trend, fifth gear, top gear have to pay to test cars. i was watching an episode of top gear where they were trying to do a show w/no money becasue they used up all of their budget.

    i mean if someone tests an enzo do they have to pay thousands to get it into their hands or does ferrrari supply them one

    it is generally in the car manufacturer's best interests to provide test cars to journalists et. al. - it's their cost of publicity. ferrari doesn't buy full page ads in any of those magazines, but their cars fill many many pages of those magazines.
