Do Not lubricate the exterior mirror pivot

My outside rear view mirror worked wonderfully.
When placed in a position it would stay there. A "helpful" person put some wurth lubricant in there and the mirror was floppier than a rabbit's ears; wavering at highway speeds or worse yet rotating so I only had a view of the lane markers.
I had to remove the door panels to get at the mirror, dissassemble, clean the friction area, reassemble and replace.
