I love reading posts about guys buying their first Ferrari and I remember the day I bought my first Ferrari.
I cant explain the feeling I had that day or the feeling I continue to have 5 years later.
It got me thinking..... Do others have this same "sickness"?

I am pretty anal when it comes to my cars and have done some pretty crazy things concerning my cars.
I was curious what others have done as well.
So how particular are you when it comes to your Ferrari.
For instance I will never take my car out for a drive or event if its not washed and detailed first.
I have other things too but will start it off with that since its pretty normal.

I'm not that particular. I like it to look good and run good but as we speak its got some scrapes and dings plus rock chips. It will see the body shop sometime this year.

I would never drive it when dirty before but now I will. I've had it 6.5 years so my "sickness" is subsiding a bit.

Threw duffle bags in the back and did 1,100 mile roadtrip with the wife. What's this "detailed" of which you speak?

I send him the occasional picture of her after driving in the rain.

(Then I do detail the car, I admit).

I'm with you Dom. I don't take the car out dirty as I don't feel right about it. I enjoy every drive like it's my first and my last.
