Do you have a Canadian-spec 348? Front light question.

I'm trying to isolate a potential electrical gremlin in my Canadian-spec 348.

By "Canadian-Spec", I'm looking for a car originally sold in Canada. It would have regular 3-point seatbelts (no mouse belts), a metric dashboard, and daytime running lights. As well, if you look at the fuse panel in the front trunk, you will see an auxiliary holder attached to the side of the panel, with 2 relays (in the photo below, one has been removed to help identify the location).

If you have a car that meets the above conditions, could you please confirm your front light operation? @Qavion prepared this photo that represents how my lights operate. The number represents the switch position (0 being off). Are yours the same?
